DISCOVER MINDFUL EATING
4 week introductory course starts October 15, 2018
Each Monday commencing October 15th at 5pm join Dietitian Bec & learn how to break free from diets.
Instead of judgement you will have an opportunity to learn about mindful eating, how to become more conscious with your choices, gain insight into true hunger fullness and learn to love all food again. If you are ready to learn to appreciate the food choices you make, without judgement then secure your spot now.

Is cooking for one a burden? Over 4 weeks, discover how to prepare budget friendly nutritious and delicious meals for one. Learn from qualified dietitian about to read food labels, understand food safety and make healthy choices that include all five food groups. Building Confidence in the Kitchen:
A 4-week workshop to build confidence in the kitchen by learning how to purchase, cooked and prepare healthy food. Discover the art of meal planning, food safety, label reading and learn to make informed food choices. Please don't forget your water, closed in shoes, and an apron. Kids in the Kitchen:
Kids! Are you ready to unleash in the kitchen? This workshop is designed to teach you how fun and colourful healthy cooking can be.
