Meet Dietitian Bec

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a lifelong interest in the future of food and environmental sustainability, my expertise is across all aspects of plant-based diets. I started Be Well Fed in 2016 with the aim to empower busy women and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need in order to make conscious food choices. As a result more women can focus on being the ultimate girl boss of their own lives without the negative side effects of inadequate nutrition.

Through online (coming in 2019) and in-person consultations (Gold Coast only) my clients are provided with easily accessible plant-based nutrition information that is tailored to their unique lifestyle. Additional in-person cooking classes & workshops create a space where women and families can connect while learning quick and easy recipes that tick all the boxes.
