BEC IS AN ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST, CHEESE LOVER AND DREAMS ABOUT BEAUTIFUL KITCHENS.
Bec is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practise from Bond University and Bachelor of Science from Melbourne University. She is registered with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia and a member of the Australian Independent Dietitian-Nutritionist. Bec grew up in Melbourne around the amazing cafe culture, before pursuing her Master degree on the Gold Coast where she now lives, breaths and cooks.
Bec works in collaboration with a range of clients and has a range of interests from paediatric nutrition and child growth, food allergies & intolerances, to gut health and women’s health & wellbeing.
While Bec uses evidence based nutrition science to deliver medical nutrition therapy to clients, she understands everyone is different and there provides a personalised & practical based approach to her nutrition & dietetic advice. The practical side of nutrition advice is offered through workshops, individual consultations, personalised cooking classes and health coaching packages.
Bec sees a range of different clients from different background and food philosophies including plant based eating including vegan & vegetarian diets.
With Italian heritage on one side and German grandparents on the other, Bec grew up around food, culture and travelling the World. Although Bec is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, she is first and foremost a cook and cheese lover. With three chefs in the family, Bec loves exploring new food destinations, tasting delicious produce from the local Gold Coast markets and whipping up a healthy and delicious dish.
